Andrew O'Donnell BVSc MSc MRCVS Director and Veterinary Surgeon

Andrew has been at the clinic since October 2010, shortly after graduating from Liverpool University, also acquiring a Master's degree in Veterinary Infection and Disease Control. He has a keen interest in both surgery and medicine (especially surgery of the skin) and enjoys treating most species of companion animals. Andrew lives near Blaenavon with his partner Róisín, baby Edward and a rescue cat called Marshmallow who turned up lost one day at the practice. Andrew became a local celebrity having carried the Olympic torch in 2012. Andrew spends most of his spare time trying to renovate his old house.

Andrew joined Mike in buying the practice in 2012 from Mr Marshall, who is still fondly remembered by many clients. In 2019 Andrew acquired the remainder of the practice from Mr. Priest.
