In an emergency, friendly experts are just a phone-call away, no matter what time you need them.

As a pet owner you know better than anyone that animals can be unpredictable – and mischievous. This often means that creatures can be fine one minute and then needing medical attention the next. But what if your furry friend needs to see a vet once our practice has closed for the day?

At Treforest we know that when pets fall ill or injure themselves it can be extremely stressful, especially in the middle of the night. It’s for that reason we’ve partnered up with V.E.T.S (Veterinary Emergency Treatment Service) in Gwaelod y Garth near Castell Coch – their hospital is only a ten minute drive from our Treforest branch.

After lots of careful consideration we chose to work with V.E.T.S based on the fact that their out-of-hours service is staffed by specialist emergency trained personnel who are on site 24/7. They also provide expert care at all times and we expect only the very best care for our Treforest family.
